Evaluate asking prices and overall acquisition potential
Identify major risks before an acquisition moves forward
Work with scouts and leadership throughout the acquisition process

What you'll bring

Strong understanding of the Roblox ecosystem
Ability to understand and evaluate game analytics
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Understanding of Roblox monetization and game performance

Find promising Roblox games, contact their owners, and start the acquisition process.

What you'll do

Find Roblox games with strong acquisition potential
Contact game owners and determine their interest in selling
Collect asking prices, game information, and required statistics
Send qualified opportunities to the Acquisition Lead for review
Start and maintain communication with potential sellers

What you'll bring

Strong knowledge of Roblox games and trends
Good communication and outreach skills
Ability to identify promising games
Reliable and able to follow the acquisition process

Analyze potential acquisitions and identify ways we could improve their revenue and performance.

What you'll do

Analyze game revenue, retention, engagement, and player behavior
Review existing Gamepasses, Developer Products, and monetization systems
Identify weaknesses in the games monetization
Find opportunities to improve revenue and player retention
Create recommendations for games being considered for acquisition

What you'll bring

Strong understanding of Roblox monetization
Ability to interpret game analytics and player metrics
Understanding of retention and player engagement
Ability to identify practical ways to improve a Roblox game

Manage acquired games and continuously improve their quality, revenue, retention, and player experience.

What you'll do

Create and manage update plans for acquired games
Plan new content, events, features, and monetization improvements
Monitor revenue, CCU, retention, and player feedback
Identify and prioritize improvements for each game
Coordinate external developers, artists, and other contractors
Continuously improve the overall quality and performance of assigned games

What you'll bring

Strong understanding of Roblox games and Live Ops
